"The Freedom Tour" is an authentic British show with all the huge hits accompanied by 10 musicians and singers, including saxophone player, David Baptiste from the days of Wham! - and Carlos Hercules, George Michael's original drummer for several years accompanied by Samantha-Antoinette Smith who sang with the community gospel choir performing with George Michael on stage at Freddie Mercury's well-known tribute concert at Wembley Stadium in London in April 1992.
During the show the audience will be able to relive the musical legacy of legendary pop star George Michael. When Rob Lamberti, introduces the original band member David Baptiste | Carlos Hercules | and accompanying vocalist Samantha-Antoinette Smith, the atmosphere is even more intense.
Lamberti began his musical career at a local pub karaoke contest where he performed a cover version of songs DON'T LET THE SUN GO Down On Me and FAITH. Ever since then, he has performed around the world and has been widely acclaimed as a successful singer in his own right, gaining applause and huge success.
During the show Rob Lamberti will host singer the Israeli singer, Adam. Together they will perform, two of George Michael's hits.
George Michael is considered one of the greatest pop stars in history. During his 4 decades of activity, he sold over 100 million copies of his albums. He passed away at the age of 53 on Christmas, ironically and sadly, with one of his hits being the familiar Christmas song "Last Christmas".
