Passover, also termed the Spring Festival is a wonderful time to spend with your family. I have gathered a few delightful events that will be taking place throughout Israel. I believe that guided tours will be in Hebrew for the children.
ACTIVITIES AT THE SEA OF GALILEE
The Kinneret Cities Association in collaboration Bank Hapoalim and the Francis Jordan sailing company is inviting the public to come to the national lake to enjoy free guided tours and cruises as follows:
Tuesday, March 30, 2021 - From Maagan to Beit Gabriel - a walking tour of the coastline. The length of the route is about 3 km. Level of difficulty - medium. Not suitable for strollers.
Meeting place - at 15:45 at the Beit Gabriel parking lot and from there by bus to the beginning of the route.
Thursday, April 1, 2021 - Mount of Beatitudes to Capernaum - a Christianity tour that combines history, religion, nature and landscape. The length of the route is about 4 km. Level of difficulty - medium. Not suitable for strollers.
Meeting place - at 10:15, in the open space, on the left outside the entrance of Capernaum National Park and from there by bus to the beginning of the route.
Daily Cruises - the general public is invited to join the "Eco Kinneret Floating Lab." - a ship installed with sampling and measurement equipment, demonstrating the work of marine and lake researchers.
Meeting place - March 29, 2021 - April 1, 2021 - Three cruises a day, at: 9:00, 10:15, 11:30. Friday, April 2nd, two cruises at: 9:00 and 10:15. Search WAZE for - Francis Jordan Sailing, Yigal Alon Promenade Tiberias. The name of the ship is "Queen of Sheba".
Apparel for all activities should include closed walking shoes, a hat, water and for the cruises also warm clothes. There may be changes in routes depending on the weather.

A NAVIGATION GAME AT THE NAHUM GUTMAN MUSEUM OF ART, TEL-AVIV
The Nahum Gutman Museum of Art, located in the heart of the picturesque Neve Tzedek neighborhood in Tel-Aviv, is organizing a fun and friendly outdoor navigation game in the neighborhood.
During the game, participants will collect clues related to the history of the city of Tel Aviv and the characters who lived in the neighborhood, including the artist Nahum Gutman, until they reach the finish line.
REGISTRATION:
The games will take place between March 29-31, 2021 between 10:00-13:00.
The activity is intended for groups of six with children aged 6 and up. The activity will take place according to the Ministry of Health's purple character guidelines. The number of participants is limited.
The activity will be done independently, without guidance.
Price of the activity: 50 NIS per group of six kit.

PASSOVER AT THE DESERT KNOWLEDGE TRAIL VISITOR CENTER
This coming Passover, on each weekday, the Desert Knowledge Trail Visitor Center will hold a variety of tours designed to introduce agricultural and technological innovations suitable for the whole family. The visitors' center is near Ashalim, just 20 minutes from Beer Sheva.
Most of you must have noticed when traveling in the south of the country the gleaming tower visible in the distance and wondered what it is? If you too are curious to know how researchers and scientists are succeeding in helping farmers grow vegetables and fruits in the desert you are welcome to join the only tour for the whole family, on the subject of renewable energy and innovation in the desert.
In these tours you will hear about the challenges of desert agriculture and how local innovation has created solutions against all odds. You will see the greenhouses, taste the vegetables and seasonal fruits, take a look at the solar valley and get to know the largest mega project in the country and the tallest solar tower in the world. The tour includes vegetable tastings and the option to purchase local produce at the store. In addition, you can purchase picnic baskets and go out with them to the desert, which is in its most beautiful season.
A separate night tour entitled "Scorpions, Stars, Bats and Vegetables" will take you to hear about and look for lesser known nocturnal animals and also see the vegetables in a different light. It's the only place in the country where you learn in one tour about bats, stars, scorpions and farmers and understand the connection between them. It's an opportunity for an enriching and unique experience for the whole family.
During the tour you will get to know the role of the agricultural R&D in helping farmers and discover the nightlife in greenhouses and their surroundings with the help of UV flashlights and regular flashlights. Each family will receive a UV flashlight for the tour in order to participate in the search of scorpions and plants. You will also make personalized tea from local vegetation. It will also be possible to purchase it at a local produce store as well as picnic baskets.
