After appearing in the biggest opera houses in Europe, ROCK THE OPERA members come to connect the greatest rock music of all time with the Raanana Symphonette players, for an evening of classic rock.

It's an opportunity to experience the rare combination of the rock world and the symphonic world. The Raanana Symphonette players will join forces with the Rock the Opera Band and perform the legendary rock classics of Queen, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Pink Floyd, U2, AC / DC, conducted by R. Friedman.

Joe Lynn Turner Turner started his career as a "Fandango" singer and guitarist. International success came when he joined the Rainbow band in the 1980s and then Deep Purple, one of the biggest legendary rock bands.

With Turner joining, "Rainbow" has had new successes in the US, Europe and Japan with their albums and hits.

After the band broke up in 1984, guitarist Ritchie Blackmore reunited Deep Purple. In 1989, Turner joined the Deep Purple band and replaced vocalist Ian Gillan. The album, "Slaves & Masters" recorded by Turner with Deep Purple, entered the American Billboard Parade and their tour was a great success.

In the mid-1990s, he began working on his solo career. To date, he has released 10 solo albums, a compilation album and two live albums.

He has won numerous awards and degrees around the world, including the title of 'Ambassador of Honor' in Bulgaria in 2015. In the same year, he also won the "Rock Legends" Award in Italy and the "Peacekeepers" in the Crimea - awarded to personas who promoted the peace process and made an outstanding contribution in the field of art worldwide. In 2016, he won the "Man with the Golden Voice" award at the coveted Film and Television Awards.

Rock the Opera Singers:

Marketa Poulickova - The Czech singer who started her career at the age of 14 and won awards at major competitions and festivals in the Czech Republic and the Crimea. She performs in her tours in the Czech Republic and Slovakia with various rock bands, musicals and operas.

Leanne Jarvis - Singer, pianist, actress, and model Lynne Jarvis, who won the 2013 'The Voice' UK final. Her unique vocal range is astonishing to the ears of the rock the opera audience.

Sabina Olijve - The Dutch singer and actress Sabina Olijev appears in many Czech musicals and at the well-regarded Shakespeare Prague Theater. She performs as a vocalist with many Czech bands in her tour in the Czech Republic and other countries.
