The boutique bakery "Bikurim Food and Pastry" produces a variety of special breads, challahs, rolls, cakes and whole grain pastries, from high quality ingredients. The production system is approved by the Ministry of Health and meets the strictest ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and HACCP standards.

Just in time for Shavuot, the company is launching a "Fresh Flax Rolls" packaging that preserves their freshness for a long time.

The rolls are made from golden flax seeds that are ground in the bakery itself, just before baking, in order to preserve their nutritional values. In addition, the baking process combines a unique technology, which enables the preparation of tasty nutritional rolls. Immediately after baking, the rolls are packed in a special sealed package that keeps them fresh for a long time. The company has so far marketed only frozen flax rolls. The new packaging keeps the flax rolls fresh.

The rolls are rich in omega-3, protein and fiber, and contain an extremely low amount of carbohydrates (about 2 grams in a 50-gram roll). They also do not contain sugar or artificial sweeteners. The high content of protein and omega-3 makes the rolls an excellent choice for athletes and vegans. Their low carbohydrate content gives them an advantage for those who are interested in a low-carb diet, including diabetics. The high content of dietary fiber, which provides a sense of satiety helps maintain normal weight.

The special packaging, which preserves the freshness, makes it possible to take the rolls with comfort everywhere.

After opening the package, it is recommended to keep the remaining rolls in the refrigerator or freezer. For those who like a crispy texture, it is recommended to toast the bun.
