A Chilled Dough Series by 'Shimrit'

Shimrit, the oldest and leading bakery products manufacturer in Israel, is expanding its operations by launching a new product category of chilled doughs. The new series includes chilled and flattened ready made dough for immediate baking. The existing doughs on the market are frozen making this series of doughs a new category on the market.
