THE VINEYARDS The basis for quality wines begins with the soil and the vineyard. Excellent grape growing conditions for the production of fine quality wines have existed in the Samaria Mountains since Biblical times. The cold nights and hot days create an ideal climate for the grapes growing at 650 - 900 meters above sea level. The winery continues to grow vineyards in the area and is now spread over 150 dunam (~37 acres). The wines can be purchased online on the English Website. Have an Early Happy Holidays! Talma
